Library

Information you need to know:

* Children from Prep to Grade 6 have a library bag.

* Books may be borrowed for 2 weeks. Extensions will be allowed provided another student has not reserved the book.

* Preps may borrow 1 book.

* Children in all other grades are permitted to borrow 2 fiction and 2 non-fiction books.

* Periodically, overdue notices will be sent to children as a reminder to return books.

* A replacement fee will be charged for lost or damaged books.

Your child will attend a library class once a week and they will be encouraged to borrow regularly.

When your child borrows a book it is important that you share the interest your child shows by reading with them or discussing the story.
